Winter Wonderland in Oregon and Washington

"White Christmas"

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas,
just like the ones I used to know
Where the treetops glisten
and children listen
to hear sleigh bells in the snow...

...I'm dreaming of a white Christmas,
with every Christmas card I write
May your days be merry and bright,
and may all your Christmases be white...

We're in the Pacific Northwest (OR & WA) visiting our families for the Christmas holiday. The kids had hoped for a "White Christmas", AND WE'RE GETTING IT! From the day we got off the airplane on Dec. 17 til now, we've experienced the "Arctic Blast" a weather system that has created havoc to wide spread areas all over WA and OR. As I type this post it's snowing outside adding more snow to the 3 feet of snow we already have! The kids are having a blast playing all this "white stuff", building snowmen, sledding, etc.

The kids having fun...

Teri is thinking she likes the snow,
but does miss her Corpus Christi 80 degree weather, too.

Kirk is busy shoveling out paths so we don't get completely "snowed in".

From our family to yours...

Merry Christmas!
